Life is full of them, there are developmental theorist that write books about them. Among the many things that are thrown at us during our time on earth: Life transitions sometimes leave us wishing we had someone to walk alongside us during them. Some may include, but are not limited too..
A parent with a child transitioning into their teenage years.
A child transitioning into their teenage years
A child or teenager transitioning from one town/school to another and having difficulty navigating a new social environment.
A high school Senior transitioning into the college life.
A husband or wife transitioning from a life of marriage to being widowed.
Questions of getting older and still being single in culture that paints a negative picture of those who are not married or dating.
What is all this about?
A lot of people who find themselves in a type of life transition may experience anxiety, depression , lethargy, confusion, and just a feeling of being overwhelmed because not only are you experiencing change, but the rest of the world keeps moving and you are expected to keep up.
It’s Hard.
Counseling would benefit you if you find yourself in a difficult season such as one listed above. I would love to schedule a time to visit with you and help you load your walk in life with more tools to help you confidently enjoy all that life has to offer.
You can do it. I believe in you.
But you don’t even know me. How can you say that?
Because I believe that we all have within us, no matter where we’ve been or what we’ve done, the ability to achieve great success and excellence. In fact, I will go further and tell you that it is because of where we have been and what we have walked through that gives us the ability to be successful and excellent. But we have to do hard work to achieve our goals. Part of that hard work is healing. But you can do it. I know it,
Be encouraged,
Rachael
